Well, at first let me introduce myself - my name is Igor Fox, and I'm just a regular guy, who has a dream... Actually I have many, many dreams))... ​

Okay, where to start... Let's start from Ukraine, were I was born and lived until 2009. And that's where I started to dream about to see the world, to shake a hand to Arnold Schwarzenegger, to see The Great White Shark, and much, much more!)))... But, since I could not afford all of it, only what I could - it's just to dream about it... And I knew - everything is possible and my future in my hands... Okay, let's leave what was my inspirations and motivations for my blog))...

So, at one point of my life I decided to change it..., and I came to Canada, in 2009, when I was 26 years young)).  And it definitely was a new chapter in my life. ​

And after a couple of years been here, I started to travel... travel around the world... Here, for many people it might seems normal..., but for me, the guy..., the kid, whos mother and grandma was not reach at all, for a kid, who could just to dream, but couldn't even imagine what is waiting for him in the future... trust me, the traveling just even abroad already was a huge thing!!! And, again, the stories about, how unbelievable becomes reality, let's leave it for my blog...))) 

Okay, just a little story here - Meeting with a Great White Shark!... and that was my first trip. As I sad before, there was a time, when it was just like something total impossible..., and now..., I mean, in then I'm going to Africa..., to meet my dream...., And after - Peru, Australia, China... 

But the traveling was (and still is) only the one side...  Healthy Lifestyle is also huge part of me - street workout, healthy eating, cold swimming, asanas, and... meditation, spirituality..., connecting with Mother Nature... And that is where the energy comes from!... The good energy, energy to create, to move forward, energy to go over any obstacles towards my dreams, which became goals!

And, here, in these blogs, I'd like to share this energy with You, My Dear Reader
